DLL EROR

hello I write in this new post because when I try to start the plutonium launcher it loads me for a few seconds but in a short time I get an error of VCRUNTIME140.dll 2 times and MSVCP140.dll another two times, I have reinstalled a windows different from the one I already had , I have installed the c+++ and the error continues to appear or else when I have already solved this error I get 0xc000007b error, whoever can help me I would really appreciate it. Thank you very much
