[MAP] Killhouse from COD:OL

Description
Map has no issues whatsoever. Everything in it works and you can host it in your server as a usermap.
- 6/10/2024: fixed tree LOD outside the map
You will find scenarios from CoD4's campaign if you check outside on spectator mode.
How to install?
- Download the map files from here.
- Paste the "usermaps" folder inside of mp_killhouse2024.zip into %appdata%/Plutonium/storage/iw5
- You can now play Killhouse. In a private match, the map will appear in bonus maps.

Kalitos yes I can. The issue is that it is a CoD4 map and it most likely has issues with its tiny skybox, causing the Reaper to break.

@Mane8288 Bog has something on it that causes a crash, so if you do try to port it, just keep that in mind

the_bad_boy there's none, at least for IW5. You will need to either port them yourself, get them from servers or wait for the community to release more of these.
