marcelo_hvb where is the server hosted? on your pc or on a vps? Can you post a screenshot of the server console and one of your port forwarding settings?

No, server looks fine. Type "status" into the server console, if it says "map: xxxx" everything is working so that points to a network issue.
Verify .0.229 is still your pc's lan ip, if you didn't assign a static ip to your network adapter this will change. Also try connecting using 127.0.0.1:4977.

marcelo_hvb what do you mean the ip isn't the lan one? 192.168.0.229 is your pc's ip on your local network, it's not reachable via that ip from outside your network.
You need to give your friend your wan ip: https://www.whatsmyip.org/
This shouldn't matter tho as if the port forwarding was set up correctly your server should be visible on the serverlist for people outside of your network (it's possible it's not visible for you). -
