Plutonium's goal is to improve games, provide dedicated servers, modding etc.
BO3 already has all of this.
With a pirated version you couldn't play online so your argument isn't valid at allBO3 won't happen because there is nothing to add to the game and it's probably not safe to work on it unless you like getting sued by big corporations.
If it ever happen for some reason it's not until at least 3 or 5 years

Resxt modders in bo3 can find personal data from you easily like gta online. meaning it's simply not safe to play online.

Not safe to play bo3 anymore dedicated servers for bo3 and a anti cheat so i dont get fucking doxed everytime i play

players can host there own dedicated servers if they own the game

Even if you make a dedicated server, they can join regardless of anything. The only safe way to play it is offline.
