Server running wrong gamemode and maps

I created a local server, and set it up so that the map rotation only had Domination. The problem is once I run the server it launches in TDM and completely omitting the map selection I typed in. I would greatly appreciate some help here.

Jusan remove the "exec" infront of "map mp_nuketown".
