can i use a mod menu in a public match with bots?

hii soo me and my friend wanted to play multiplayer with bots together but we wanna level up and such and not play with other people.. we tried to connect with the lan thing but that ended up not working (using hamachi) is it possible for us to play normal plutonium but not with people like a only match and use a mod menu or will i get banned from plutonium for doing so?

@SnowwBunny You can play a normal custom game online and use GSC scripts, they will never get you banned as long as you don't use an external software to inject them.
