Fix: Download and install https://aka.ms/vs/16/release/vc_redist.x86.exe Visual C++ 20015-19 x86 redist. Then relaunch the launcher. -
@Mr-Android i have the same problem and installing that file didn't fix the problem
wahib Have you restarted your computer? Try that. If that doesn't work, go to our IW5 install instructions and download the exclusions.bat file and run it as admin and then rerun the launcher.

@Mr-Android what do u mean by run as admin then rerun the launcher? rerun what ? plutonium?

Moi aussi j'ai le même problème, j'ai installer https://aka.ms/vs/16/release/vc_redist.x86.exe Visual C ++ 20015-19 x86 redist puis j'ai relancé mon ordinateur mais ça ne marche pas, alors j'ai essayé la deuxième méthode qui consiste à installer le fichier exclusions.bat et l'exécuter en tant qu'administrateur, puis réexécutez le lanceur mais mon google chrome ne veut pas l'installer.

Hey ya'll might wana get dotNetFramework 4.8 if you can if you continue to have this issue as the launcher wouldn't work untill I did have it installed don't know how it made it work but it did

You right click it and run the exe as an administrator

@Mr-Android I don't have admin access ,I can't open plutonium.exe .why you updated bo2? now it's working because of admin.first it's run but no sound.
gaurav change your sound device in the options menu, also ensure you have the correct default device selected in your windows sound options.
