The same thing happened to me this morning, only KSN has nothing to do with it in my case, and he swears at the file "plutonium.exe ", located in the folder "AppData/Local/Plutonium". The name of the detector: HEUR:Trojan.MSIL.Dnoper.gen

It's kind of weird.TheWaffle what are you talking about? there is no "plutonium.exe" in appdata/local/plutonium. Usually the file that is falsely flagged by AVs is appdata/local/plutonium/bin/plutonium-bootstrapper-win32.exe.
This has been covered countless times now, it's a false positive so exclude it from scanning in your av.
