LAN SUPPORT?

been trying to play lan bo2 with my bros and it just doesn't work for me for some reason, tried entering ip address with port and without it, etc etc
it just says connecting and doesn't work, can't find any youtube tutorial as well
saw a topic on this forum which said "It is planned and fully offline support will probably be out along with Game-UI"
just wanted to know if its on the way or not
