I get this error every single time I boot up the Plutonium launcher. I can't seem to play it. It pops up instantly after Plutonium r2485> appears in the command prompt window. When I hit "OK" it closes the command prompt and Plutonium launcher. This only started happening as of 12/8/21 (today as of posting this).

moopile you're probably either using files from another source or you're starting the program through some like a third party program or a script.

If your game files aren't from the official install guide then delete everything and follow the install. We won't provide support for third party broken files.

If you're using a program/script to start the game try starting it normally instead

Solution is https://git.io/redists in case anybody run accross this.

You get that error when you try running plutonium-bootstrapper-win32.exe by itself which of course not meant to be open without plutonium.exe

luisramon You are double clicling the bootstrapper exe instead of using the updater, stop that. Read the damn docs.
