I have been trying to make a custom lobby to play with my friends i did everything. opened ports enabled UPNP but when I enter the game UPNP is disabled and my friends cant join me. Please help. Thanks.

If you're trying to do a private match make sure your NAT Type is open.

Make sure the person is on your friends list and just invite them to your private/custom game and it should work, don''t stress about UPNP anymore as it's dated for what it's for.

w0rthi3 Listen there is a problem that one of my friends when he joins to me his ping is about 200ms and when we join to him our ping become 200ms but he got a good internet just in bo2 this happens.

How far away are you from each other? Cause that sounds like distance is more of an issue then anything else.
