my launcher closes by itself

well the easiest way to explain is with a video, it happens every time i open the game, i already tried to do all the steps i saw on the forum and i also reinstalled the game and the launcher 2 times.
follow the video: https://gofile.io/d/YGTRrxobs: this happens every time and the one in the video was the first time it actually opened the game, all the others don't even load, it doesn't give a warning and it doesn't generate crashdumps

zinnnn antivirus disabled doesn't matter. Some AV are so bad they ignore it. What is it?

So you're 100% sure you only have Windows Defender? Sometimes people have another or MalwareBytes etc. and don't say it -
I don't have any other antivirus besides Defender, which is disabled by cmd. I even opened the game a couple of times, it worked for a minute and then it just closes without warning and without any error on the screen
