Hey! I want to use Ninja Ripper to rip game models from BO2, ind I have the exe location as “C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Plutonium\games\t6mp.exe”. I hit run, and an error pops up saying it is missing a steam_api.dll, and a binkw32.dll. I see binkw32.dll is in the game folder for bo2 but steam_api.dll isn’t. How can I rip the game models form here?

you can't rip models from a pirated version of the game you'd have to use the steam version unless someone here knows of another way to get them
