"Server is for low ping players only"

I have a server setup, and everything runs smooth
However, when the map changes to a new one, I get kicked for "Server is for low ping players only"
Sometimes, other people get kicked for this, but most of the time, it is just me.
Any help? -
Don't set a max ping limit. It's bugged.
