Whenever I launch plutonium (mw3 or bo2), my mic gets bass boosted to 100%. Every.Damn.Time. And I have to manually go in and change it back. It's the only program on my pc that does this. How can I stop this?

tobipolar if you don't use voice chat just turn it off in the game options. If you do try this:

      alt text

System -> Sound -> Device properties below your output device -> Additional device properties -> advanced -> disable "allow applications to take exclusive control of this device".

Dss0 I already disabled that after the first few times it happened. Still does it though. And I looked in MW3 but couldn't see an option to fully disable voice chat only turn it down.

I just figured out that whatever "Record Level" is set to in voice options is what my windows mic recording level gets set to.
