Unban,anti-cheat problem

Hello, 2 weeks ago I was unjustly banned by the anticheat. I was playing as a zombie and was on my second round shooting a zombie with a pistol when all a sudden, I was disconnected from the server and a message appeared telling me that I had been banned even though I was not cheating. Afterwards I wanted to play again so I recreated a second account but by doing this my ban was extended to 2 weeks. Normally I am unbanning in about 10 hours, but I must admit that I would like to have a compensation for this injustice.

You probally tried to inject cheats with the anti cheat active. And after you got banned made a new account to bypass the ban.
