My friend can't connect

Hi, recently a friend of mine downloaded bo2 plutonium and we decided to play, I opened ports 4976 and 4977 on my router but it still can't connect, I'm not going to enable upnp because it's insecure, can someone give me some Advice? I've tried both multiplayer and zombies

open the port 3074 as the ports you opened are only now used if you wanted to host a server
