How do you even get the ''gameserver'' file to make a server?

      https://plutonium.pw/docs/server/t5/setting-up-a-server/

You need the plutonium launcher and a copy of the game.
If you want to save some space you can use these game files to host a server

no, u need one copy of the game you play on, and another copy that the server "plays on" (put a 2nd copy of the game in your server folder).

Well I managed to to make the server but I don't know how to access it like in the server browser or connecting via command. People are connecting to my server (just to say)

im having the same issue as you; the server is open and others may join, but i cant join using 127.0.0.1:-----. i am assuming its due to the instability of the new release, coupled with the numerous requests to join into the server at one time (pseudo ddos), but i could be wrong also.
