      Redist Installer
      This file may fix some issues with Plutonium launching and giving errors such as D3DCOMPILER_43.dll was not found or MSVCP140.dll was not found
      Download Redist-Installer.bat and run it and it should automatically install everything needed.

          You need to download en let it install.
          This will install all the files you need to get rid of the eror you have.
