Can't join my own server

So I've setted up a dedicated server and it appears on https://list.plutools.pw but it doesn't appear on my game server list... also tried the connect command on console but it says it couldn't find the session
I'm using port 28963 UDP -
BlueKret post a screenshot of your port forwarding settings. Also did you create a rule in your windows firewall to allow incoming traffic on that port?
