Can't join my own server

So I've setted up a dedicated server and it appears on https://list.plutools.pw but it doesn't appear on my game server list... also tried the connect command on console but it says it couldn't find the session

I'm using port 28963 UDPBlueKret post a screenshot of your port forwarding settings. Also did you create a rule in your windows firewall to allow incoming traffic on that port?

BlueKret ok so apparently my router is connected to a modem wich I don't have access... and it is blocking the port, that's why I can't port forward lol, found it thanks to portforward.com
