derik I think many people haven't had this problem in the first place. I, personally, can launch both of the games.

Unsure if it'll be helpful at all, but perhaps try opening zombies in LAN mode, then try opening multiplayer? Updating the launcher might also help

antivirusderik you'd be notified about the "virus" on your PC. You can try turning it off, or just uninstalling it for the test.
