derik I think many people haven't had this problem in the first place. I, personally, can launch both of the games.
Have you downloaded the game from Plutonium's website? -
Unsure if it'll be helpful at all, but perhaps try opening zombies in LAN mode, then try opening multiplayer? Updating the launcher might also help

@Emvek yes, thins happened in BO2 too, i thought be only with the BO2. what if the problem is cause' my
antivirus -
derik you'd be notified about the "virus" on your PC. You can try turning it off, or just uninstalling it for the test.
