Perma banned after restarting pc?

I got banned for 364356 days after trying to join my friend on Black ops 1 zombies it kept not letting me join, it let me join random servers then i restarted my pc and i was perma banned how do i get unbanned?

You wont get banned for trying to join a friend you tried to inject the game and you got a warning that you are banned for 7 days the second time its permanent: https://plutonium.pw/docs/anticheat/

Are you sure thats the only way i was trying to play private match zombies with my friend xD i didnt try to install cheats i dont really understand and i dont think ive been banned before im kind of confused.

The anticheat wont banned you permanent if you have use cheats for the first time and it wont ban you for no reason if you want to use cheats you can just read the docs before getting yourself banned
