commits This is good point

commits he tends to just always give basic answers. He has a very toxic "past" to add ontop. Actual staff could help you incase you really didnt cheat, which i doubt but you never know.

why would anyone cheat on zombies when they are in a lobby with their friends it doesn't make sense

commits once an actual staff looks as your history they can see whether or not you injected. The question is kind of pointless because you can always just say "why would anyone cheat in X game / mode"

SubstituteR zombies not competitive there no point in cheating

You should run a memtest on your machine. You cannot get banned for having a bluescreen, however, a bluescreen always has a reason.
It is technically possible that some of your RAM memory randomly changed to different values than what they should be. This is why ECC (Error Correction Code) RAM was invented after all. It could also be that your RAM is defective or is running at a wrong clock-speed that is causing issues. If the memory of Plutonium changed because of this, it would trigger the anti-cheat as it thinks you are cheating. The bluescreen was probably triggered because part of the memory of the Windows kernel (or some driver) changed too.
Run a memtest on your machine and ensure your RAM is fine (with the current configuration). After running the memtest, you should also validate your RAM configuration in your BIOS. Reset the RAM configuration back to the original values and enable XMP (if your RAM supports it).
I hope this helps you further.

RektInator I was overclock my rams and that may have been reason so I reset and use XMP profile instead of custom numbers. Is there any way to shorten my ban or must I wait?

commits you have to wait it out. Making separate accounts will make your ban longer.
