How do I change time limit and score limit in custom games

Hey question I was wondering how do you change the score and time limit in a custom game since I just want to play with bots and not host because I can’t figure it out I can’t do it through the menu because when u try to set it it just goes back to default plz help

that all i know for now so i hope this helps also this is only for hosting a server not for custom games -
