Issues downloading plutonium.exe

Hi I'm having issues downloading it gives me this error screen when I'm trying to download can any one help?

Try to delete the .iwd files in %localappdata%\Plutonium and run it again.

If it doesn't work delete the whole Plutonium folder and try again
