i got banned and dont know why

so a friend of mine got me to try plutonium bo2, i played a bit with him and when my game seemingly crashed i tried to log in and turns out ive been banned, i truly have no idea what happened but im open to ideas, please let me know if you might know what could have happened. no i did not cheat, i am willing to wait out the ban peacefully. I would like to know a reason for the ban, sorry i have no more evidence

modifying game memory, doesn't have to be a cheat that caused this can also be an injector for loading mods for example.

Dss0 i hadnt done anything with the files, i just played the game for the 1st time never having played on plutonium before
