onicrazyyy what do you mean? you bought a server somewhere and they only give you a web control panel? well you should be able to change the server config there. you can change the map rotation in the config and set a rcon password so you can use iw4madmin or directly log into rcon via the client console
rcon login mypasswordmap mp_mapname -
