FPS LAG

everytime i look around i get 15 to 20 fps and when i look at the ground i get 60 fps why does it lag when i look around and how do i fix this? last time i played my game was working fine

It's all about your Pc specs and even though most people can start the game up. It doesn't mean i'll run good in-game if your specs is low end, I suggest if your case is a low end pc to lower all graphic settings, disable shadows and if that doesn't work edit your config file to gain more frames
