Graphical issue when starting and exiting the game

This isn't a gameplay issue but just something that bothers me.
Whenever I start T5 from the launcher and skip the loading cutscene weird graphical issues appear as the game loads.
No, its not my fov, shader warming, or graphics card. I recently updated my graphics card and this did not happen before. It started happening after an update but I forgot which.Not only does it happen when starting the game, it happens when exiting the game too.
Help towards this issue would be appreceated.

have you tried doing a ddu uninstall of your gpu driver and installing a fresh version of it.

FragsAreUs I tried it and it didn't work so I guess I will just cope.
