Starting the Launcher causes graphics issues?

Basically both my monitors go black for a second and I'm greeted with a completely white window that is shows error prompts about graphics errors. Due to my fear of breaking something, I refuse to recreate it for screenshots.

Your message is pretty vague so it's hard to help
You won't break anything by getting errors, errors show you why it stopped before breaking stuff.
A screenshot of the error would help -
At one point I got this when attempting to move the window of the Launcher. I somehow (without me even knowing what I did) managed to fix the launcher, I just... Started it and it worked? I have Black Ops (T5) open right now, I'm so confused...
