I want to make a server for me and some friends and was going throught the tutorial and I have some questions:

    • How are you supposed to copy the game to the folder?
Like, do I copy the entire root folder and move it to the server directory?

    • Do I need to open specific ports? Or can I use another one?
In another tutorial (can't find the link) said that T6 used two specific ports and I was wondering if I can use another port. If not, please tell me which ports to open please.

    • Does the entire process work for T5 too?

Yes, you just create a copy of your game folder. The guide also tells you which files you can delete from the server folder to save space.

that other port is probably 3074 and it's only required by the client in some cases. the server uses the port you set in the startup batch file, you can change that to whatever you want.

      yes? https://plutonium.pw/docs/server/t5/setting-up-a-server/

I forgot to ask: Should the open ports be TCP or UDP?
