Black Ops 2 max resolution is 1600x900 but my max resolution is 1920x1080

I've tried to change my max resolution to 1920x1080 but the max is 1600x900, I've also messed around with plutonium_zm.cfg and changed seta r_mode "1600x900" to seta r_mode "1920x1080" and checked the read only box. None of these changes have done anything, if there is a fix that would be much appreicated.

Milton_1310 yeah and my friends are having no issues with resolution, ive tried reinstalling and getting rid of all files but I get the same problem

what if you use windowed fullscreen

WindowsXp my native res is 1920x1080 but when i change it to windowed fullscreen all i see 1600x900 and its greyed out so i cant change it
