Players get kicked from our servers for no reasons

Hello! A lot of people experience lots of crashes on our servers, the server crash sometimes or people get kicked from the servers, here is the screenshots, can anyones help me? Im really out of options

Dss0 I have a feeling its how zombie ++ is set up. Seems like it use an older way of making the mod works since its an old mod. Here is where its installed.
