File not in steam apps

So I been trying to get waw to run for over 3 hours and I’m stuck in the set up it is not in the file folder anywhere so I can’t run the dam game

If you install a game through Steam then it's in the Steam folder like any other game + you can right click on it in Steam to locate it I don't see what the issue is -
Resxt I got it now I was apparently missing files and I also was looking for the actual exe file
