you can do it yourself by downloading this program and opening the black ops 2 sound files. I have done my own sound files already. However I'm not sure if someone already did all of black ops 4.My pack sfx is from other sound packs and other cod games. Some sound files are from black ops 4, modern warfare, cold war, etc. Up to you to change it with sound studio if you want all bo4.
