Mw3 trickshot server HELP

I have everything setup and running fine. But I want the last kill of the game to be a trickshot only but the bots keep getting the kill of the game (killing last) how would I go about setting it up so they can’t get the last kill.

Also how would I give myself host of the dedicated server ive tried with iw4admin but I still can’t enable sv_cheats1
