How i can find textures

I'm trying to create some textures so that the parts of tranzit are more visible and can be seen, but when I'm looking for the textures I don't find any of the ones I'm looking for, for example the stairs of the bus and I don't find any texture

You need a ipak program to open .ipak files

and the rest like patch_zm.ipak, zm.ipak etc
