Yolopro if you dled our torrent (pluto_t6_full_game) you will have the dlcs. If you don't the download didn't complete.

I downloaded it in october 2021 so I dont know if that version didn´t have it or not.

I should try to unistall and install again?Yolopro should have had it back then too, you can try repairing your game files https://plutonium.pw/docs/repair/ that way only missing files will be re-downloaded.
