Can't connect to servers

I was playing all last night and then today i launch it normally and when i click online it says connecting to online services for about 30 seconds then it comes up with an error message saying check the bo2 service status i have tried re-installing plutonium already

@YungRayz1999 restart ur game, restart ur pc, restart ur router, check if you let plutonium through ur firewall

hindercanrun ive done all of this and the joining session pop up and nothing happens when trying to connect to mp servers (I've let server list load properly too and unpn is enabled to with Pluto having the firewall exception)
