My game freezes while playing Bo2 zombies.

It happens on most games I play on the map Origins (I haven't played others tho), and once it freezes, I can't do anything but close the game. The game is still running even with the video frozed, because you han hear the sounds and even shoot or do stuff. If you let the zombies kill you, a crash message pops out, and anything can't be done. It happened while I was completing the maps' easter egg, (happened on a 1h 45min game). I need a solution for this fast, because it is frustrating to be playing a perfect game and have a random crash trying the easter egg.
