Problem, mouse lagging

Hello! Everytime I get on black ops, the game would run smooth, but my mouse would lag EVERY TIME I move it fast enough. It makes it unplayable for me now and I've uninstalled and reinstalled, only for the thing to do the same thing! I try using my controller and it would not work! It would either make me spin around, move in one direction or fire like a few times.
If someone can help, I greatly appricate it. Thanks!

It’s most likely an error with ur mouse

It works perfect on one mouse but crap on the other. I used the crap mouse on another game and it works perfectly. Its weird.
