Duui YT If you open task manager, what's your CPU usage% and memory usage%? It seems like you might need a stronger vps

I'm almost certain you'll need more RAM especially as more players connect. What's your VPS CPU speed? How many cores does the CPU have?

Duui YT said in why is it lagy when i run the server on a vps:

                        aws t2.micro

OK, CPU speed looks good enough but i suspect 1GB of RAM isn't enough. Spectre do you mind weighing in and if possible provide a host to use? (I imagine an AWS server wouldn't be worth the cost).

Duui YT I wouldn't go with either of them. You'd be best finding a VPS provider that charges a fixed amount per month. Should be able to find one for like $7 - $10 a month.

I would of said 2vCPU and 2GB Ram is the optimal. Also are you running linux or windows

1vCPU and 1GB Ram is not enough for windows. You may get away with it using Linux Server e.g. Ubuntu 18.04
