babdot201 You know that mw3 came out in 2011, right? It's not the same graphics as modern cods. Best thing you can do to get better detail is with Nvidia control panel and go to Manage 3D settings. From there you can increase the different settings for specific games.

Go in the video settings and set image quality to native -
babdot201 If setting image quality to native does the trick for you and you're satisfied with that, then ignore about 3D settings in Nvidia Control Panel. Since it's only optional. Most people only use it if they know what they're doing. Either for a FPS boost or more settings for detail.
