eoc2 I don't think it's possible anymore. Pretty sure that is a save file. Save files aren't saved on your pc anymore. They are now saved in plutonium cloud. Most save downloads on here are all deleted or gone because they don't work anymore.

eoc2 open console and type unlockall in the main menu.
