In my opinion it's easier to have a bat script where you choose an option and depending on if you choose "normal" or "unlockall" it swaps the files so you only have one account with multiple possibilities.
But to answer your question yes you can create 2 accounts and swap between them

also be careful with 2+ accounts if one of them gets banned and u try log in with an unbanned account it’ll extend ur ban, but
