Plutonium launching error "Failed to download file storage/iw5/zone/team_delta_multicam.ff"

I have this error when i launch the plutonium.exe launcher. The app already work few days ago and today it needs to do an update. I had few more errors before, I just disabled my anti-virus but now it still does that. I tried to disabled my firewall too but nothing works. Thanks for helping me !

Freezman well it says it has no rights to access/overwrite that file.
Run the updater as admin or try deleting %localappdata%/Plutonium. -

LaZy-BlizZaR it depends on what it says after that. "failed to download file x -> system.....". This thread is 2 years old tho, pls create a new one and post a screenshot of the error message.
