BO2 ZOMBIES CRASHING

Today i was playing zombies with my friend we stopped playing and after a while i wanted play but after launching the game it says the plutonium bootstraper is not responding

hindercanrun my pc specs are good enough before it started crashing i get llike 200 fps
it doesnt have a crash error just the bootstraper not responding thing

You need to start games through the launcher, not by clicking buttons in the menus

Also you can try this
Go in the bootstrapper command prompt (the console opened when you start the game)
and paste this (right click) r_fullscreen 2; vid_restart then press Enter
