@infiniteight where have you made the mods folder? mods go into %localappdata%/Plutonium/storage/t5/mods. Also if the name of the mod's folder doesn't start with mp_ it won't show up in multiplayer, so for example:
C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Local\Plutonium\storage\t5\mods\mp_isnipe -
mods name need to start with mp_ or zm_
